Can I use HRI clear complexion tablets for mild rosacea?
I suffer from mild rosacea on one cheek that formed at age 22, but 13 seems very young to have it. I also had acne and lots of skin issues and sensitivities my whole life. Honestly I was never really into holistic stuff, but I read a lot about mercury fillings and I had like14, once I had them removed almost all of my skin issues went away. I still have much milder rosacea that apple cider vinegar really helps clear up! Also I think a lot of other allergies can trigger skin reactions- I just happen to be very sensitive to metals so removing my fillings fixed my issues, but I’ve read about a lot of people with dairy/wheat allergies that can cause bad skin issues too. Find out what you’re sensitive to and stay away from it!
