Can I use Hitachi surround sound speakers with my Wharfedale system.?

Yes as long as the impedence of the Hitachi speakers is OK with your amp. If you use them as rear speakers then you should be able to get away with it as rear speakers are ‘information’ speakers and do not need to have the frequency range and quality of the front speakers.
