Can I use GoToAssist Express on a Mac® computer?
Yes! You can use GoToAssist Express to provide remote support to both Mac and PC users from either a Mac or a PC platform. However, certain features are not available with Mac Support, including File Transfer, Live Chat, Annotation Tools, Reboot / Reconnect, Log In as Administrator and Unattended Support. In addition, Remote Diagnostics and Multiple Sessions are also unavailable for sessions launched from a Mac.
