Can I use fresh instead of dried herbs?
For a pizza sauce recipe I would stick with dried herbs, although to bring out the flavor of dried herbs you would need to let this sauce simmer for a bit. You can use fresh herbs but make sure you adjust the quantity and use 3 times more fresh herbs for the dried. For instance the recipe calls for 1/4 tsp dried basil so you would want to use 3/4 tsp of fresh basil. Hope that helps!
