• Yes, you may use Financial Aid to pay your rent at both sites. You will have to obtain a signed consent form from the Financial Aid Office at Delaware State University. You will also have to get 3 signatures from 3 different offices at Delaware State University and submit the signed form at your lease signing appointment.
