Can I use fiberglass seam tape and fabric instead of polyester?

It is possible, but we don’t recommend it. Polyester is more flexible, stronger, and has a proven history of success with our products. Also, be aware that some fiberglass tape and fabric is asphalt impregnated and will not work well with water-borne products.
