It is possible to store files of articles with your EndNote library so that EndNote acts as a catalogue and link to them. You do need to be aware that this is likely to take up a lot of disk storage space if you have a large collection of files. A guide is available from the link below in PDF format. It is also possible to use EndNote to search for and store the full text of PDF articles. This is a relatively new feature – details in the PDF file below.
