No, you can’t access the EndNote program over the VPN. At home, you could use the web based version of EndNote. See the EndNote Web quick start guide for details on how to sign up for an account. Or you could buy a copy of EndNote at a reduced academic rate. You can do this online by following this link – you will need to log in to MetaLib using your Library card number and password.
