eMbedded Visual C++ 4.0 with Service Pack 2 can be used to develop applications for the Pocket PC 2003 and Smartphone 2003 including Windows Mobile 2003 Second Edition. It can not be used to develop applications for Pocket PC 2002 or Smartphone 2002.
