Can I use custom orthotics with Kuru shoes?
Yes, you can use custom orthotics inside your Kuru shoes. In fact, the KuruSole midsole technology does an excellent job accommodating custom orthotics, giving you a very solid, stable foundation. Many customers have found that the KuruSole midsole is sufficiently stable such that they don’t need to wear their custom orthotics. Due to the anatomical shape of the KuruSole heel cup, custom orthotics with a rounded heel fit best into the shoe. If the custom orthotic is squared off on the underside, then it may not fit as well into our deep heel cup.
