CAN I USE CLUB CARS IN TRACK DAYS OR ROAD RACES?
For the avoidance of doubt, Club Cars cannot be used in any activity including but not limited to Track Days, Road Races or Speed Testing on deregulated Roads. Liberty Supercars reserves the right to suspend any Member that is found to be using the Club Cars outside the ‘spirit’ of the Club Membership. Liberty Supercars can only maintain a competitive Membership Fee, if all Members treat the Club Cars as if they were their own Cars and drive then responsibly, to avoid unnecessary repairs or maintenance costs to the Club and ensure the Club Cars remain available to deliver all bookings for all Members.
