Yes, the CITGO C700 15W-40, CITGARD 700 Plus, and SynDurance can be used. These oils have proven to offer excellent protection when using high sulfur diesel fuels. However, because of the higher sulfur content of the fuel being used extending drain intervals would be discouraged unless proper oil analysis testing is being performed on the used crankcase oil. CITGO offers its patented LubeAlert Oil analysis to provide the information for proper drain interval recommendations.
