Can I use CHEMetrics COD vials in my Hach instrument?

Because CHEMetrics and Hach vials are equivalent, any instrument that can accept Hach COD vials can accept CHEMetrics COD vials. Furthermore, CHEMetrics vials may be used with Hach’s factory-programmed COD calibrations. (No endorsement by Hach Company is implied or intended). Note: LED photometers do not produce accuracy and precision equivalent to that attainable with spectrophotometers. The use of LED instrumentation is not recommended for COD measurements which will be used for NPDES reporting.
