The overriding principal is that you may not receive federal funds from two different sources for the same course(s). If you are eligible for Chapter 30 MGIB benefits, you may use CG TA & the MGIB Top-Up program for the same course(s). If you eligible for Chapter 31 MGIB benefits (reservists), you may not use both federally funded programs for the same course(s). There is no Top-Up program under Chapter 31.
