No don’t use the powdered milk from baking section. That is a bad idea not enough nutrition in it for a baby esp since that would be her only source of food. You need to go to the doctor and keep trying different formulas till you find the right one. I had to do the same with my kids. The 2 different ones that we found to work were Similac Alimentum and Enfamil Nutramigen. Those are expensive but if you get WIC they will help you with that. Mines were fine after they got on to those. But the powdered milk is a horrible idea do not listen to whomever told you to do that. Just be patient and find something that will work and provide the proper nutrition for you child.
