Can I use Caller ID block with the V-Global Communications Long Distance Service?
We are unable to determine if your line is authorized to use the V-Global Communication’s network when your Caller ID is blocked. Your Caller ID needs to be available in order to place calls over the V-Global Communication’s network. Your Long Distance Dialer can be configured to unblock your caller ID on all long distance calls by entering a simple command. This will ensure that you will receive the low long distance rates. In order to do this, pick up your handset, the light on the dialer will go on when the phone is “off-hook Then press # # # 3 2 1 # on your dial pad and replace the handset. If you do not want your caller I D to be available on long distance calls or if you continue to receive this message after entering this command, please contact customer support.
