Yes. Please keep in mind 1 scoop of Vilantae Drink Mix is the equivalent of about 7 Vilantae capsules. You’ll need to change your dosage accordingly. Example: Mix 1 scoop of Powder in the morning. Take 7 Vilantae Capsules in the afternoon when you’re at work/school and need something more portable. Mix 1 scoop of Powder in the evening.
