Can I use booth service vendors other than the official vendors listed in the exhibitor manual?
You may contract with any vendor you choose for services such as photography, floral, computer rental, etc., as long as Exposition Management receives a copy of each vendor’s insurance certificate. Exhibitors may not use any contractor other than the official show vendor for drayage, booth cleaning, rigging, electrical, catering or telephone services. The ‘Notification of Intent to Use an Exhibitor Appointed Contractor’ form is located the Service Kit.
