Can I use Boop to sell my house if I am already registered with an estate agent?
Yes, as Boop is not an estate agent we do not conflict with any sole or multiple agency agreement that you may have. If you sell your property through us you should not have to pay any commission to your agent unless you have agreed to a contract where your agent has sole selling rights. We would recommend that to be certain you check the wording of your contract for clarification. Note: sole agency agreement does not affect your right to sell your property privately. Your agent is entitled to commission only if they sell your property, or if a buyer is introduced by another estate agent during the period of the sole agency.
