Yes. Blacklight is an excellent source of safe Ultra-Violet (UV) light which is the actual energy source of your Starglow ceiling. Blacklight will energise your ceiling far faster and with greater effect than normal tungsten (ordinary) light bulbs, which only give out a small amount of UV light.
