Absolutely. Baker’s Joy spray will work on many surfaces requiring food release (provided flour flavor isn’t objectionable). These include hot plates, griddles and outdoor grills. NOTE: NEVER SPRAY IN AREAS WITH OPEN FLAMES OR SPARKS.
