Can I use Automatic Payment Plan with eBill?
Yes, if you are enrolled in our Automatic Payment Plan, you may sign up to receive and view your monthly bill online. Your Automatic Payment Plan will continue to work as usual; funds will be removed from your checking account on the due date. If you prefer to pay your bill using the eBill payment methods, you will first need to unenroll from your current Automatic Payment Plan. Send an e-mail to MyDTE Energy Customer Service requesting to be unenrolled from the Automatic Payment Plan. We will send a confirmation e-mail when the unenrollment is complete. If you need to unenroll immediately, please call 800.477.4747. After you receive the confirmation, you may then change your eBill payment option to “recurring”.
