Can I use Arabic OpenType fonts in MS Office applications?

Yes you can do that on PC as of version Office 2000 and Windows 2000. You also need an Arabic keyboard layout for the typesetting, and you need to have turned on the support for extended language support and left-to-right function in the Windows Control Panel. Current versions of Office applications for Mac do not support Arabic OpenType fonts.
