Yes. However, you need to manually download the “gdiplus.dll” file, and save it to the installation directory of the program in Windows 2000 SP4. Without the “gdiplus.dll” file, you will receive the following error message when trying to run Any Video (DVD) Converter. “GDI + must be installed for running this software! Please download GDI + package from Microsoft download site.” Click “OK”, and you will find that there is no toolbar under the preview window.
