HI no phone unlocked from GSM network providers can’t be used with boost sim .Since phone unlocked from GSM is not compatible with CDMA sim like boost ,sprint,verizon and so on …SO if you want to use boost sim then better purchase phone locked with boost or else phone unlocked from CDMA network provider …Else if you want to use GSM sim then purchase unlocked GSM phone …If you want to unlock phone from GSM providers then have a look at sites like Unlock-Free.com here they generate unlock code for some older mobile models at free of cost ..After unlocking your mobile you can freely use it with any GSM sim and not with CDMA sim …
Yeah, as long as its a GSM phone (GSM phones use SIM Cards not Sims Card; another type of phone, CDMA, uses a different one). You can buy an UNLOCKED phone from eBay and use a Boost Mobile SIM Card on it. Be sure to see if the phone is a GSM Phone. The easiest way is to find a phone you like, get the phone model (like Motorola RAZR2 V9) and search it in http://www.gsmarena.com/ if a phone pops-up, then you can use it. Also, I DO NOT recommend you buy from eBay as there are users or members there who post pictures of REAL phone models but when you recieve the phone, it’s a FAKE CHINA Counterfeit model. If you can, try buying from a retailer near you. Like Nokia Stores, or Sony Ericsson Stores or LG Stores , etc.
