Can I use any other broker with the FlexiShare service?
You can if you wish use a broker that has not been appointed by Centrica, but you will need to tell your broker that your shares are held in the FlexiShare service. In the event that you wish to sell your shares via another broker, you have two options: transfer your shares direct to your broker or request a share certificate. Please discuss with your broker the preferred option and call the shareholder helpline for further details.
