No, the credit card used for payment of the rental must be in the primary renters name and embossed on the front of the card. The renter’s signature must appear on the back of the card.

No, the credit card used for payment of the rental must be in the renters name and embossed on the front of the card. The renter’s signature must appear on the back of the card. The credit card holder must be present upon collection of the vehicle.

Yes, but the card holder must visit a Europcar location within Australia and New Zealand to complete a letter of authority (LOA). The LOA can not be used to rent Prestige vehicles.
