Can I use another airlines points/miles to travel on Air New Zealand?

If you are a member of another Star Alliance airline’s frequent flyer programme (e.g. Singapore Airlines – Kris Flyer, Thai Airways – Royal Orchid Plus, United – Miles & More, Air Canada – Aeroplan, etc.) or other airline partner’s frequent flyer programme, you can use their frequent flyer points or miles to fly on Air New Zealand. However, you will need to make your flight booking through that particular airline. For more information on Star Alliance Members, please visit the ‘Flight Info’ section on the website.
