If you need an ftp account created, send a request to support@intechprinting.com including your company name and contact information. Your requests will be answered promptly during business hours. You may also call your sales rep to request an ftp account. An easy to use and free ftp client can be downloaded from ftpx.com. This client is similar in functionality to Windows Explorer and files can be dragged and dropped between them.
