NO. Hard disks are much too slow. Windows already utilizes your internal hard disk when applications need more RAM than is physically present. That’s what the paging file is (Data temporarily written to the hard drive to free up RAM), and it doesn’t speed up your computer, it slows it down MASSIVELY. Reads and writes to a hard disk are exponentially slower than RAM access, just because of the physical nature of the devices (electronic vs mechanical).
