Can I use an email program instead of CMS WebMail? How do I configure that?
You can use other email programs such as Thunderbird, Mail for Macintosh or Outlook to access your Central Mail Service (CMS) account on your computer, rather than CMS WebMail. To use those applications, you must configure them properly using the settings unique to your account. CMS WebMail provides this information for you on its Settings tab (see Client Settings). ITC recommends IMAP configurations (found under Other Clients).
