Because EEGlab uses a different spherical coordinates system, in which the spherical angle Theta is shifted -90° compared to its CSD toolbox equivalent, the EEGlab coordinates must be converted to CSD toolbox spherical coordinates. The CSD toolbox function ConvertLocations.m provides an easy means to convert between these different notations (type “help ConvertLocations” at the command window to obtain help on this function).
