ADT recently updated its policy to recognize that CDV meets the guidelines required by ADT to be a primary method of transmitting ADT alarm signals. As with the installation of any new phone service, Comcast recommends that you contact your home alarm company prior to installation and provide them with the date and time of your install so that they can check the status of your home alarm system once the installation has been completed.
