Yes and No. Some advertising networks won’t allow the use of an automated banner rotation. They may have already provided you with the necessary HTML to rotate banners from their servers. ADPUSH was designed to allow you to rotate a custom list of banners that YOU control, or with agencies that allow their ads to be placed in an automated rotation.
