Yes, one additional wired microphone (with XLR or ¼” plug) and an additional Califone wireless microphone (handheld or hands-free with transmitter) can be used simultaneously with the gooseneck microphone included in the Podium, which allows up to three presenters to address to the audiences simultaneously.
