Because the Zoom 5241 & 5341 Cable Modems are certified by CableLabs, you can connect these cable modems to U.S. networks. Four cable service providers require additional certifications or approvals from their own labs. The Zoom 5241 & 5341 Cable Modems are certified or approved for connection to Comcast® Cox® Charter® Cable ONE® (at this writing 5241 only; 5341 pending) The following major cable service providers support connection of any CableLabscertified Cable Modem to their networks, including the Zoom 5241 & 5341: Bright House® Cablevision® Insight® Mediacom® RCN® Suddenlink® TimeWarner® and many more!
