Can I use a VoIP line instead of a regular phone line?
The service works at its best when it’s using with a regular phone land line. We have tested the service with many VoIP lines provided by cable companies and the results are great. But if your phone line or VoIP line is shaky and unreliable, your Medical Alert System may not be able to communicate with our Call Center.
