Can I use a Virtual AT&T Worldwide PrePaid Card to make a call to Directory Assistance or Information?
Calls to a local directory assistance service (such as area code + 555-1212) cannot be made through your Virtual AT&T Worldwide PrePaid Card, as calls made to local directory assistance are charged at a flat rate (currency) and Virtual AT&T Worldwide PrePaid Cards are valued in minutes. However, AT&T Directory Assistance may be available through your Virtual AT&T Worldwide PrePaid Card. To determine if AT&T Directory Assistance is an available feature, check the menu options on your Virtual AT&T Worldwide PrePaid Card by calling the toll-free Dial Number and listening to the prompts. There is an additional fee for using the AT&T Directory Assistance service. You will be advised of the number of minutes that will be deducted from your Virtual AT&T Worldwide PrePaid Card balance prior to your use of that service.
