Vegetable cooking sprays are not recommended for use on EKCO Non-Stick bakeware. These sprays may leave residue on the pan even after proper washing. Overtime, this residue will hinder the non-stick performance of your pan. For best results, we recommend lightly greasing the pan with shortening, butter or margarine.
