I wouldn’t, unless you have express written permission for its use from the owner of the trademark. Like, for instance, if you own a McDonalds or a Subway store, you might, as part of your franchise deal, have the right to use their logo in this way. But the general person, who just likes the Red Sox or Disney, cannot use their logo on a personal rubber stamp without arranging licensing fees and permissions from the trademark owner. And this could get expensive! And I would be surprised if the company making the rubber stamp for you would agree to use a trademarked product logo in this situation, also. It could jeopardize their business for illegally using a trademarked logo without permission. In addition, most address stamps aren’t set up to hold images in addition to the address. You’re talking a pretty small space, and not a lot of room for additional artwork.
