Can I use a Purchase Order to buy SimplyThick™?
Yes. If you are a business, hospital or nursing home, you can use a purchase order. You can use them whether you order by fax, phone, or on-line. To order by fax, simply fax your purchase order to 1-800-508-2990. To order by phone, call 1-800-205-7115. Please be sure to have the purchase order number available when you speak with the operator. Click here to place your order on-line. Simply choose Purchase Order for your Payment Type and enter the purchase order number.
