If both are of same country and with same network you can use…but if they are different you need to unlock the phone.To unlock you can approach unBBlock.com (especially for Blackberry mobile models) or Simpleunlocking.com and remove the network lock permanently.Once unlocked it will able to recognize the other sim cards.
