Can I use a porta-pen next to my Tent/RV/Trailer?
NO, this is a change from last year. No exceptions. Camping is in designated areas only, and horses are to be kept in designated areas only. You can put up your own porta-pen in the designated areas if you like. You can bring your horse to your camp to tack up. You CAN however use a porta-pen next to your trailer parked in the grass as long as you are not camping in it.
