Can I use a personal email address instead of a work email address?
Any email address is permitted by the system but you are encouraged not to use free email accounts such as hotmail as they tend to frequently direct emails from us into spam folders, particularly automated emails generated to remind you of assessments that need to be completed. Back to top When I try to log in I am told my username or password are incorrect. Please ensure that you do not include any spaces before or after your username or password if you copy and paste these. Usernames are not case sensitive but passwords are case sensitive. Please also take care when entering passwords as these are a mix of alphanumeric characters.
