Can I use a dsl wireless router with cable internet?

Hi there, After checking the specs on your wireless router: 1.Your wireless router only has an inupt tfor a telephone cable so will not connect to theTV cable so you will definitely need Charter’s modem. 2. while it may be possible to connect your new router to a LAN port on the Charter service you will not need your wireless router at all. Charter has a “free” wireless router included with their service. (see link below) If it were me I would give Charter a call and find out exactly what they offer and ask them if their modem has a built-in wireless router. It looks like it does and that’s all you will need for your WiFi.
