Can I use a different UHF antenna than the ones supplied by Magellan?

0

There are various different types of UHF radio antennas supplied with Z-Max depending on which radio you have and which region of the world you work in. The one used with the Pacific Crest PDL transmitter and the Magellan U-Link transmitter is common types. Higher gain options can be used, providing the connectors are compatible. The only UHF antenna you will ever need for the Z-Max rover is the Vortex UHF antenna.
