Can I use a credit card to pay for orders shipped outside the U.S.?

We will be glad to take care of your order; however, we cannot use credit cards for foreign orders. To comply with bank rules, we must be able to verify the cardholder’s address and ship to that address. At present, the bank’s computer systems only allow us to verify addresses on cards registered at U.S. addresses. This has nothing to do with your credit or our trusting you, but simply due to increasingly stringent antifraud requirements imposed on mail order vendors by the credit card industry. Hopefully, someday the system will allow computer verification of cards registered outside the U.S.A. Until then, we can process your order if paid by certified check or money order. We can also use PayPal for verified members. There is a 2% export fee for foreign orders.
