You could always take a portable grill with you. Portable grills are small and compact. They are perfect for vacations. Most are perfectly acceptable even in places that normal grills are not. Some can even be used inside the house. They are available in gas, electric, and charcoal so I am sure that you can find one to fit the bill. They are small enought to be transported right along with your luggage.
