Can I use 4.7uF instead of the 3.3uF capacitor value recomended for the LM2664?

You can use nearly any capacitor value you would like. The Application Information section in the data sheet contains equations that show that using higher value capacitors is better, and lower ESR is better as well, because this produces lower output ripple.
