Can I use 2 1/2″ posts with my Residential / Ovation / Regency fence?

The only way to use these posts with these fence types is to order blank (unpunched) posts and attach the rails of the section to them using the appropriate wall mounts. Our equipment can not punch holes for these fence rails in a 2 1/2″ post or Industrial holes in a 2″ post.
